Your submitted order details may be stored by our website backend and may also be sent to a private Elite Victory Discord channel using a Discord webhook so the order can be reviewed and your Discord access can be arranged.

What Elite Victory provides

Elite Victory provides Critical Ops improvement guidance, educational content, structured improvement material, support, and tier-based Discord channel access depending on the plan purchased.

Tiers and pricing

The available tiers and prices are displayed on the website before checkout. The current launch offer prices shown on the website are:

• Committed Tier: $11.99 per month.
• Elite Tier: $15.99 per month.

These launch offer prices are promotional and may change after the first 2 weeks of the website being publicly available. Elite Victory may also introduce, remove, extend, or change offers, discounts, tiers, features, or prices at any time where legally allowed.

Any price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase at the time the customer confirms payment. Future price changes will not change a payment that has already been confirmed, unless the customer clearly agrees to a new price, plan, renewal, or payment arrangement.

Monthly payment term

Elite Victory is intended to be sold as a monthly payment plan for 4 months. The full payment schedule, billing amount, and renewal/cancellation details will be shown through PayPal before the customer confirms payment.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a correct Discord username.
• Joining the correct Elite Victory Discord server after purchase.
• Choosing the correct tier.
• Reading the tier description before buying.
• Making sure they understand the payment plan before confirming payment through PayPal.
• Contacting Elite Victory if they believe their access has not been provided correctly.

Access and delivery

After payment is confirmed and the customer joins the Elite Victory Discord server, Elite Victory will aim to provide access to the correct tier channels within 24 hours of joining the Discord server.

Access may depend on the customer providing the correct Discord username, joining the Discord server, and completing any required payment confirmation steps. Delays caused by incorrect Discord details, failure to join the server, PayPal review, payment issues, or missing information are not the responsibility of Elite Victory.

If access has not been provided within 24 hours of joining the Discord server after payment, the customer should contact Elite Victory using the support email on this page.

Digital content and Discord access

Elite Victory content and support may be delivered through Discord channels, digital messages, guides, videos, calls, or other online methods. No physical product is shipped.

Results disclaimer

Elite Victory is designed to help players improve through guidance, structure, and educational content. We cannot guarantee a specific rank, result, win rate, or improvement speed because progress depends on the individual player, practice, consistency, device, time, and other factors outside our control.

Critical Ops disclaimer

Access timing

Elite Victory aims to provide the correct Discord channel access within 24 hours of the customer joining the Discord server after payment. If the customer has joined the server, paid correctly, and still has not received access within 24 hours, they should contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

Incorrect Discord username

If you entered the wrong Discord username, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to fix the issue, but delays caused by incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

Duplicate payments

If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, contact us with your payment details so we can review it.
